Angela Tarlington has worked in the area of violence abuse and neglect for almost 25 years having worked both in the NSW statutory child protection agency and Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District. Her experience has been in delivering and managing frontline child protection services and in building capacity and capability across the health sector in response to violence, abuse and neglect through education and training and building collaborative partnerships across the sector. Angela began managing the KEYS Network in June 2021 as she felt the initiative provided opportunity to address service barriers and gaps at a systems level as well as at the frontline.

Simita Hannaford has worked in Early Years  Education for over 18 years and has focused her career on inclusion for all children and families and is a advocate for social injustices that families and children face. Simita has worked in government and not for profit organisations and has worked in collaboration with various agencies such as child and family preservation, inclusion support  and  allied health to support families holistically . Simita joined the KEYS Network  in July 2021 as an Education Navigator. She felt that KEYS has an opportunity to address the adversities families face  across western Sydney  and work towards  closing the gaps and barriers that prevent families and children to thrive.
