Amanda is a career practitioner providing career services to Australia's military community via her private practice. Amanda was awarded a 2017 Churchill Fellowship to explore military spouse employment support in the USA, UK and Canada. Her report has been shared with numerous government, non-profit and private sector stakeholders in Australia and overseas. Amanda is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA), the CDAA ACT/NT Division President, and a member of the National Career Development Association in the USA.  Amanda is passionate about the importance and benefits of high quality career development information, advice and support to individuals and society. In addition to a Graduate Certificate in Career Development Amanda has a Master of Studies from the Australian National University, and a Bachelor of Science (Biological Sciences) (Honours). In November 2021 Amanda hosted the inaugural International Military Spouse Employment Summit.
