Sue Nichols

University of South Australia

Professor Sue Nichols is an educational researcher with a long record of studying the experiences and views of parents and caregivers supporting children's learning and development. She currently leads the three-year Parent Involvement Goes Online study, which commenced in 2021 and is funded by the Australian Research Council. Sue has also conducted research on children's digitally mediated interactions, parental health literacy, refugee students' multilingual resources, and post-school transitions of youth. She teaches in the areas of inclusive education and literacy at the University of South Australia.
