Amanda is a PhD candidate in sociology at Monash University, she is also a sessional tutor in sociology and gender studies. Amanda’s current research focuses on work-life balance policies in Australia and Europe. Her previous research has investigated the experiences of Australian women who integrate senior roles in the legal or finance profession with motherhood.
